Abel Karate – Karate Classes for Children and Adults
Abel Karate, School of Champions, was established in 2010 in East Molesey by ex-British and Commonwealth champion, Paul Abel.
As well as nursery, breakfast and after school classes, Abel Karate run community classes in;
- Vine Hall, East Molesey
- Colets, Thames Ditton
- St Christopher’s Church, Hinchley Wood
Run by our team of experienced instructors and Head Instructor Paul Abel, our classes are based on age and ability at the following levels:
Little Ninjas – age 3-4
Samurai – age 5+
Juniors – age 9+
Adults – age 15+
The Be Inspired Project – age 4-8 and 9+
For all our karate classes, we do a trial offer of 2 classes for £10 so you can try out the class first. You can either book via the website or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Circuit Training classes for adults at Vine Hall, Vine Road, Molesey on Monday evenings, 7.30-8.30pm.
WE ARE OFFERING FREE CLASSES FOR THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER! Thereafter, £7 per class.
The Be Inspired Project
We are proud to run classes for children and young people with visible and invisible disabilities. The Be Inspired Project, founded by Paul Abel runs on Monday evenings in Molesey and offers a more relaxed approach in class and specialist teaching methods.
Abel Karate regularly hold weekend classes and holiday workshops to give your children the chance to build on their skills. You will also have the chance to participate at competition level locally.
We offer exciting karate parties featuring Ninja tag, Ninja assault course, balloon sword battles and more! Parties are unique to each child and we offer packages for age 3-4 and 5+
